Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gym leb, a gym membership management system with access control, operated from Lebanon. They form a binding agreement between Gym leb (“Gym leb”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the gym owner or business (“you”, “your”) that subscribes to or uses the service.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Gym leb.

These Terms are written for gym owners and the businesses that subscribe to Gym leb to manage their gym. They are not a contract with your individual gym members.

Gym leb is a gym membership management system with access control. It helps gym owners manage members, subscriptions, and access to their premises through the features made available in your plan.

The specific features available to you depend on the plan and add-ons you select. We may add, change, or remove features over time as described in the “Changes to the Service and Terms” section below.

To use Gym leb, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and keep that information current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login with anyone outside your own gym staff, and you must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and to operate a gym or fitness business in your jurisdiction to use Gym leb.

Gym leb offers a free trial of one (1) week for new accounts, so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid plan. When the trial ends, you must actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Gym leb. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features will stop.

Gym leb is offered through subscription plans, currently Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise, billed on a monthly basis. Each plan differs in the features and limits it includes, such as the maximum number of members.

Additional add-ons may be available for purchase alongside your plan. The plans, add-ons, features, limits, and prices that apply to you are those shown at signup or on our website, gym-leb.com, at the time of purchase.

The Enterprise plan is offered on a custom basis. If you need a tailored plan, contact us to agree on scope and pricing.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in US Dollars (USD). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your plan and any add-ons for each billing period.

Payments are currently processed through Whish. Additional payment methods, including credit and Visa card payments, may be introduced over time.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel it. Each renewal is charged using your selected payment method for the following month, at the price then in effect for your plan and add-ons.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and funded. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit your access until the outstanding amount is paid.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.

After cancellation, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing month you have already paid for. Once that period ends, your access to paid features stops. Cancelling does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any prior billing period.

Gym leb does not offer refunds. All subscription fees and add-on charges are non-refundable, whether your plan is used or unused. Because a free one-week trial is provided so you can evaluate the service before paying, we do not provide refunds once a paid subscription has been purchased.

When using Gym leb, you agree that you will not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the platform available to any third party outside your own gym.

Share your login credentials with anyone other than your authorized gym staff.

Use Gym leb for any unlawful purpose, or to store, process, or transmit any illegal content.

Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all member data you enter into or manage through Gym leb.

You are responsible for the personal data of your gym members that you collect, upload, and manage through Gym leb. You must obtain each member’s consent to having their data stored and processed in the system, and you must ensure you have a lawful basis to do so under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing your members with any privacy information required by law and for handling their requests regarding their own data. Gym leb processes member data on your behalf in order to provide the service.

We retain your account and gym data for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept indefinitely until you request its deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@gym-leb.com. We will process deletion requests subject to any legal or accounting obligations that require us to retain certain records.

Gym leb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from downtime or unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym leb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You are responsible for maintaining your own records and for the operation of your gym. Gym leb is a tool to assist you and does not replace your own business and legal responsibilities.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, use the service unlawfully, or fail to pay the fees due. Where reasonable, we will try to give you notice before doing so.

You may stop using Gym leb and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Cancellation section. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, acceptable use, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

We may update, improve, or modify Gym leb and its features over time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice, for example by email or through the service.

Your continued use of Gym leb after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Gym leb shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
