Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions to Gym leb, a gym membership management system with access control operated from Lebanon. It applies to gym owners and businesses that subscribe to Gym leb.

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Gym leb does not offer refunds. All subscription fees and add-on charges are non-refundable, whether your plan or add-ons are used or unused.

This applies to all plans — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise — and to any add-ons purchased alongside them.

We provide a free trial of one (1) week so you can evaluate Gym leb before you pay. We recommend using the free trial to make sure the service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

Because a free trial is available before any payment is made, we do not provide refunds once a paid subscription has been purchased.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the following month.

After cancellation, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing month you have already paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining days of that period or for any previous period.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your subscription renews. Charges that have already been made are non-refundable.
