Connect GymLeb to your AI app
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app that supports MCP about your payments, debts and reports, in your own words. It reads your gym, it never changes it.
Who can connect
The gym owner, and staff the owner gave "Connect AI Apps" (Staff, then permissions).
The server URL
Every AI app asks for this address. Copy it:
https://mcp.gym-leb.com/mcpClaude (claude.ai and the desktop app)
- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Choose "Add custom connector".
- Name it "GymLeb" and paste the server URL.
- Click Connect and sign in to GymLeb.
- Pick the gym, then click Allow.
Claude Code
Run this in your terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http gymleb https://mcp.gym-leb.com/mcpThen type /mcp in Claude Code and sign in to GymLeb.
Other AI apps
Any AI app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in works: add a remote MCP server with the server URL, then sign in to GymLeb when it asks.
What the AI app can read
- Transactions, payments and money owed.
- The reports the person who connected it can open in GymLeb.
- Members looked up by name: their subscriptions, packages, payments, money owed, freezes and visits.
- The activity log (gym owner only).
It cannot change anything, and it never sees phone numbers, emails, dates of birth, health information, notes, WhatsApp messages, photos or pay.
Questions to ask
- How much did we collect this week, by payment method?
- Who owes us money for more than 30 days?
- Compare this month's revenue with last month.
- Which plans sold the most this month?
- What did the staff do yesterday? (gym owner)
Stop access any time
Revoke an app from the Connected apps tab of the AI apps page. Changing someone's permissions takes effect on the AI app's next request.
